Larry Irsik, Architect
Austin, TX

Tom's great; the best I know. I worked with him on the restoration of the Grapevine Railroad Depot. The job was very difficult and included masonry, window, and door restoration. I also worked with him on the Hill County Courthouse restoration. Tom's firm replicated 172 historic wood windows, transoms, and bell tower louvers destroyed by fire. Tom Clark is honest and straightforward. I met him as a contractor, but Tom's specialty is assessment of old buildings, analysis, reports, and cost estimates.

Gave us an outstanding job at Randolph AFB. He did a thorough survey and condition assessment of the windows and doors on several buildings.
